The conversation
Hands that know the body
Bamboo is a small clinic in Leiria run by Cláudia Amaral, a certified therapist with many years of experience.
She adapts each massage to the body in front of her, uses professional brands and recommends what fits you. And she talks: clients leave with something learned about nutrition and well-being, and her laugh still in their ears.
Cláudia's tip
“After a massage, drink water through the day and take it easy on salt and sugar: the body thanks you the next morning.”
